The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department gave a major update on Thursday in the investigation into the deaths of two people whose bodies were recovered from the Dominguez Channel in Carson just one day apart.
The bodies belong to an unidentified man and young girl, the sheriff’s department said, and are being independently investigated as two separate incidents by homicide investigators.
Authorities said that, to date, no connection has been made between the two deaths.
