An Orange County police department targeted motorcycles and cars with loud, modified exhaust systems, speeding drivers and e-bike/e-motorcycle violators during a one-day, multi-agency operation Saturday.
During the operation, officers stopped 105 vehicles, resulting in 102 violations that were either cited or assigned warnings, the Laguna Beach Police Department said in a news release Monday.
