Orange County Registrar of Voters Bob Page told members of the League of Women Voters of North Orange County (LWVNOC) that California’s vote counts are careful, not slow. He spoke at the League’s annual Kickoff Luncheon and Silent Auction on Saturday, September 19, at Coyote Hills Golf Club.
