The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County was 10.6 cents from matching its record Saturday following an increase of 5.1 cents to $6.387, its highest amount since Oct. 10, 2022.
The average price has risen 39 consecutive days, increasing 74.5 cents, including 5.4 cents Friday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It is 20.3 cents more than one week ago, 69.3 cents higher than one month ago and $1.665 greater than one year ago.
