Santa Fe Springs Elevator Firm Buys Fourth Rival in Southern California Land Grab

Total Access Elevator, a Santa Fe Springs elevator servicing company founded in 2008, has completed its fourth acquisition in roughly a year and a half, part of a buying spree aimed at gaining market share across Southern California. The latest deals have folded smaller, independent competitors into a company now backed by private equity money and millions in fresh debt financing.

According to the Los Angeles Business Journal, Total Access Elevator is backed by Century Park Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in El Segundo. Adam Zacuto said Total Access Elevator is well on its way to creating the leading elevator services business in Southern California, per the same report. The company also expanded to San Diego and nearly doubled its employee count in 2024, the outlet reports.

The acquisition streak began in March 2025, when Total Access Elevator picked up Vertical Elevator Solutions, a Simi Valley-based maintenance, repair and modernization provider. Century Park Capital Partners called the deal the first in a series of planned acquisitions designed to accelerate the company’s growth, and said it strengthened Total Access Elevator’s footprint in Ventura County and Los Angeles.

Five months later, in August 2025, Total Access Elevator acquired LA Elevator, an independent provider of maintenance, repair and modernization services, according to a release carried by markets.financialcontent.com.
