LOS ANGELES – Rain could begin Tuesday night, while thunderstorms and localized flooding become more likely Wednesday night through Thursday.
Most areas could receive about an inch of rain over the two-day period. Some locations may see 1 to 2 inches, and stronger showers or thunderstorms could produce higher totals in isolated areas.
