ORANGE – A man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run vehicle in Orange, authorities said Sunday. Officers dispatched about 6:10 a.m. OON Saturday to Orangewood Avenue at the Orange (57) Freeway overpass, regarding a pedestrian down, located the man on the south sidewalk, the Orange Police Department reported.
