The Irvine Police Department is reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying a bold shoplifting suspect who meticulously executed her theft with a shopping list in hand.
The suspect, captured on surveillance footage, was observed consulting her shopping list multiple times as she loaded her shopping cart with merchandise.
Unbeknownst to store staff, the woman appeared to follow a calculated plan, carefully selecting items and placing them in her cart, police said.
When the shoplifting suspect made her way toward the exit with the stolen goods, loss prevention personnel confronted her, police said. Despite being approached, the audacious woman walked past the loss prevention officer and brazenly exited the store, pushing her trolley filled with stolen merchandise, officers added.
