IRVINE – A 23-year-old Irvine man was killed and another man was fighting for his life following a solo motorcycle crash in Irvine early Thursday. The two were riding together on a Yamaha motorcycle south on Shady Canyon near Quail Hill Parkway when the driver lost control before slamming into a roundabout, according to Kyle Oldoerp of the Irvine Police Department.
