Back in December 2023, police officers responded to the area of Buena St. / Keel Ave. after receiving calls about a shooting, according to the Garden Grove Police Department. After the initial investigation, the Gang Suppression Unit (GSU) continued following leads and were able to identify a suspect, Juan Uriarte, a male in his 30s, of Garden Grove.
