LeBron James’ Two-Word Response To Potential Retirement

One of the greatest players to ever hit the basketball court may be ending his career very soon. Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James will head into the offseason with a player option, potentially turning to free agency.

After 21 years in the league, he’s been asked about a potential retirement date. While James doesn’t know how many years he has left in the tank, he gave fans two words in detailing his retirement: “It’s coming,” per Dave McMenamin at ESPN.

James has been at the top of the NBA hierarchy for years. He’s won four NBA titles, four NBA MVPs, and has countless All-NBA accolades under his belt.

There are two reasons for James to continue his basketball career. He’s already proven that he’s one of the most skilled players to ever hit the hardwood, but if he’d like to add to his resume he can look at fighting for another championship trophy.
