HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – A man appearing ready to jump from an overpass has backed up traffic for hours Thursday on the Santa Ana (405) Freeway in Huntington Beach. Police were called about 2 p.m. Thursday about a man at the overpass on McFadden Avenue, California Highway Patrol Officer Duane Graham said.
