IRVINE – A 19-year-old man suspected of a series of apartment burglaries in Irvine was taken into custody Wednesday. Detectives have been investigating multiple burglaries at the Park West Apartments in the 3900 block of Parkview Lane, near Culver and Michelson drives, since May, where the suspect allegedly targeted the units of young women and would take undergarments, cash, credit card information and small items, according to the Irvine Police Department.
