Man killed at Motel 6 in Rowland Heights identified

A 31-year-old man who was fatally shot at a Motel 6 in Rowland Heights was identified by county authorities Thursday.

Adrian Urquia Gile was identified as the victim by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office. Gile was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies from the Walnut Station responded at 1:16 a.m. to the motel at 18970 Labin Court and South Nogales Street where they found the victim, Fox 11 reported.

It was not immediately known if Gile was shot inside or outside the motel.

There was no suspect information, Fox 11 reported.
