Garden Grove – like many suburban cities – appears to continue to grow taller and taller with more medium and high-density uses. At its Oct. 17 meeting, the city planning commission will hold a public hearing on a proposal for approval of a site plan and tentative parcel map to build a 76-unit four-story residential apartment building.
