A single-engine plane has gone down just short of the Fullerton airport, trapping two souls on board. Fullerton police and fire officials were dispatched to a plane crash shortly after 1:45 PM. Arriving, units located a plane upright that crashed into a tree, striking a fire hydrant in the process.
