Rescue teams are looking for an entangled humpback whale last seen off the coast of Orange County. Video recorded by Davey’s Locker and Newport Landing Whale Watching that was shared with KTLA shows what appears to be a strong piece of fishing line wrapped around the pectoral fin and through the mouth of a humpback whale.
