In a recent patrol operation on Christmas Eve, Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended 24-year-old Emanuel Moreno-Diaz in the 100 Block of Santa Clara Street, Fillmore, following community reports of heightened criminal activity in the area. This detainment led to the recovery of two firearms linked to a previous burglary in Los Angeles County, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
