Another cool day is in store for Southern California with partly sunny skies.
Temperatures will stay mostly the same with highs in the upper 60s for most of L.A. County and the Inland Empire. Western San Fernando valley will see high temperatures around 72 degrees.
Daytime highs along the coast will reach the mid 60s for L.A. County, but Orange County beaches will be slightly cooler with highs in the low 60s.
In the high desert, temperatures will reach the mid 60s. As for Coachella Valley, expect a high around 74 degrees.
Tonight’s lows will drop to the mid 40s.
More high surf
High surf is back for Southern California beaches. L.A. County could see waves between 4 and 6 feet over the next couple of days, according to the National Weather Service.
Ventura County could see even higher swells with seven to 11-foot surf. Further north, the Central Coast is looking at up to 20-foot waves. Those areas are under a high surf advisory at least through the weekend, but it could be extended with more large swells potentially moving in Monday.
