Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the driver who died in a violent crash that left a cargo van nearly unrecognizable on a Baldwin Park freeway off-ramp Tuesday morning.
At approximately 9:55 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Los Angeles Communications Center received reports of a traffic collision on the westbound 10 Freeway at the Francisquito Avenue off-ramp.
