The Cellar and 3 More Restaurants Shut Down After Failing Health Inspections

In a routine inspection by the Orange County Health Care Agency, five food facilities were ordered to shut down on April 2. Health inspectors found serious violations of its food safety regulations at The Cellar, Subway, Master Hu, and The Fire Crab.

These Orange County-based eating establishments have been asked to remain closed till the agency returns with a reinspection.
