On June 27, 2016, SJPD responded to a report of a person shot in the 1800 block of Cape Aston Court. An adult male suspect driving a black Lexus pulled in front of the adult male victim’s vehicle, got out and shot and killed the victim.
Police say that Kim is also wanted in connection with an unrelated homicide in Westminster…
