A pursuit suspect out of the Inland Empire, who reportedly crashed into a police cruiser and sped off Monday evening, is in custody.
The chase of the driver was initiated at around 10 p.m. by officers with the Chino Police Department after dispatch received reports of a suspicious vehicle with an occupant inside.

The suspect was seen driving at freeway speeds, briefly without headlights, before moving onto the 710 Freeway and exiting onto the surface in Lynwood, where CHP followed and successfully deployed a PIT maneuver.
