Southern California parents concerned about safety as e-bikes continue to become more popular are being offered an opportunity to have their child trained by professionals.
The Huntington Beach Police Department and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department will be hosting a free e-bike training event at Dwyer Middle School, located at 1502 Palm Avenue, on Saturday, May 31.
The event takes place between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will feature six 70-minute sessions covering safe riding, traffic awareness and California e-bike laws, the H.B. Police Department stated in a post on Facebook.
