Police caught one juvenile and are still searching for two other electric bicycle riders who tried to flee from officers in Huntington Beach Monday night, authorities said.
“Yesterday, an officer on proactive patrol spotted three juveniles riding Sur-Rons (off-highway electric motorcycles) committing multiple traffic violations,” the Huntington Beach Police Department stated in a post on X Tuesday.
