A 24-year-old woman charged in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Irvine last year made her first court appearance Monday.
Francis Guadalupe Tercero-Benavides of Anaheim was charged April 16 with a felony count of hit-and-run with permanent and serious injury and a misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter.
