Woman arrested for allegedly stealing nearly $1,000 worth of wine from Orange County store

A woman was arrested for allegedly stealing almost $1,000 worth of wine from retailers in Orange County.

The suspect was identified as Rosemary Arteaga Morfin, 32, of Anaheim, according to the Irvine Police Department.

On July 12, license plate readers alerted police to a vehicle connected to a known shoplifter in the Irvine area. Shortly after, workers at a Pavilion’s grocery called police to report that a woman was seen running out of the market with almost $1,000 worth of wine bottles…
