YUCCA MESA— A Fountain Valley man was jailed and charged with murder after a crash that killed a Wildomar man early Saturday, July 19.
According to the California Highway Patrol, around 1:50 a.m., Seth Fleming, 31, of Fountain Valley, was driving a 2002 Ford F-150 southbound on SR-247.
