A suspect was arrested for allegedly stealing a truck with a sleeping victim inside and leading deputies on a destructive pursuit in San Bernardino County.
The suspect was identified as Omar Hernandez, 49, of Lynwood, according to the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station.
