CHINO HILLS, Calif. (VVNG.com) — An 18-year-old Barstow resident was among three suspects arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred during a planned sale of a Rolex watch in Chino Hills.
The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at a Starbucks located at 3210 Chino Avenue.
