The family of a woman who was killed by a wrong-way driver in Santa Ana is raising funds to cover her funeral expenses.
Leticia Placencia Alvarado, 32, died Monday when police say Jorge Andres Delgado drove into oncoming traffic at a high rate of speed in the area of Main Street and Warner Avenue and hit three cars.
