A man accused of throwing chunks of concrete at officers during a June immigration enforcement operation in Paramount pleaded not guilty Thursday to a federal charge.
Elpidio Reyna, 39, of Compton faces four felony counts of assault on a federal officer, court papers show. A trial was tentatively set for Sept. 30 in L.A. federal court.
