LANCASTER – The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Friday announced that a specialized anti-crime unit working out of the Lancaster Station made several arrests after an investigation into a series of carjackings in the Antelope Valley city.
In June, the unit began investigating four incidents in which the suspects used firearms to carjack dirt bikes and minibikes.
