On Sunday at 11:10 PM, police officers responded to a stolen vehicle report near West Coast Highway and Highland Street, according to the Newport Beach Police Department.
The vehicle, confirmed stolen, was located and followed safely until additional units arrived to conduct a traffic stop on the white Porsche SUV.
