JCPenney has announced it is closing another location. The next location to bite the dust is in the Westminster Mall in Orange County, California.
The retailer is slated to close its doors on Nov. 21, according to their Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Notice filed on Aug. 22, which was obtained by USA Today. This location of JCPenney has been in business for 51 years since the mall opened its doors in Aug. 1974.
It will be a bittersweet goodbye as the location’s lease is coming to an end with no plans for relocation, and several employees will be affected…
