FULLERTON – A suspect is in custody and a 9mm ghost handgun was recovered from a shooting Saturday morning at a Fullerton apartment building, where a 27-year-old man was shot in the leg, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched a little after midnight to the 2100 block of West Commonwealth Avenue after neighbors reported hearing a gunshot, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
