A motorcyclist is dead and his passenger seriously hurt after a crash in Huntington Beach early Tuesday morning, and police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that hit the motorcyclist after the crash and left without stopping to help.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Warner Avenue at about 12:15 a.m., the Huntington Beach Police Department said in a news release, and the initial investigation indicates the blue 2006 Suzuki motorcycle was headed north on PCH when it struck a guardrail.
The 35-year-old motorcyclist, a man from Santa Ana, was declared dead at the scene, while the passenger, a 27-year-old woman from Anaheim, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Her current condition is unknown…
