A man and his parents have been arrested following a violent kidnapping involving a 1-year-old in the City of Industry that set off an Amber Alert over the weekend.
Prosecutors are considering multiple felony charges against 20-year-old Dragan Antonescu and his parents, identified as 48-year-old Viorel Ilie and 40-year-old Marioara Ilie. They include kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
