Four puppies abandoned in alley starving and scared rescued in nick of time

In Compton, California, four puppies had been dumped in an alley as if their lives didn’t matter. There they were; starving, shaking and broken. No one knows how long they had been on their own, but one thing was for sure – they needed to be rescued.

Suzette Hall, a local independent rescuer and founder of Logan’s Legacy 29, didn’t hesitate to drive out to the location and make a difference in the lives of these innocent puppies.

I don’t even know how I’m able to keep doing this—driving through my tears, picking up dying dogs off the streets, and racing them to my vet as fast as I can. But I do. Because I believe in survival. I believe in miracles.

Driving to the veterinarian hospital, the puppies whimpered as Suzette worried about the one puppy whose life had been hanging by a thread.

As she pulled up to the vet hospital, the vet team rushed outside and grabbed all of the puppies. The one pup was so weak, and her tiny body was so cold, she was immediately placed in an incubator.

Their healing journey is just beginning.
