JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — A California man has been sentenced in federal court on his convictions of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti.
Derrick Polk, 62, of Long Beach, was sentenced to 120 months (10 years) in prison, followed by five years supervised release. He was also ordered to forfeit $399,000, a firearm and various personal items valued at over $150,000.
From April 2019 to July 2021, Polk conspired to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, according to documents presented in court.
