A disruptive neighbor in south O.C. was arrested after it turned out he had an open warrant

Yesterday morning, Orange County Sheriff deputies responded to a report of a disruptive neighbor possibly under the influence of illegal substances, according to Laguna Hills Police Services.

Upon contact, the deputies discovered the individual had an outstanding warrant. Perhaps he should have avoided acting up?

The subject was arrested and transported to the Orange County Jail…
