Detectives in Santa Ana Wednesday sought the public’s help in catching a man who is linked to a series of thefts at Target stores.
Santa Ana police released the picture and videos of Fabian Munoz, 43, as they believe the Santa Ana resident has “repeatedly” stolen high-value items from Target stores.
There is a felony warrant out for his arrest…
