October 26, 2025 – FRESNO — Furthering California’s work to remove homeless encampments on state property and connect people with better options, Governor Newsom’s SAFE Taskforce removed encampments at Highway 180 in Fresno and along the 805 freeway in San Diego — helping connect those living there with medical services and housing.
