In October 2025, the Orange County Health Department conducted routine inspections at several restaurants. Three establishments were cited for health code violations, resulting in temporary closures and suspended health permits. Follow-up inspections were completed for Michael’s Kitchen and i4 Coffee, both of which passed and had their permits reinstated. Taqueria Guerrero remains closed and awaits reinspection.
