California DA rails against visa program that allowed Chilean national to enter country as manhunt continues

Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer called out a U.S. visa program that granted a Chilean national entrance into the country before he and a partner allegedly ransacked a home and caused a violent wrong-way crash.

“When is enough enough?” Spitzer wrote in a news release issued Tuesday afternoon.
