An Anaheim veterinarian is hoping surveillance video will help police catch a woman who allegedly threw a bag containing a small dog over a fence early Wednesday morning.
Just after 1:30 a.m., a woman was seen carrying a white bag through an alleyway behind the University Veterinary Center (UVC) on the 1700 block of Glenoaks Avenue.
“You can see that she walks up to the backyard and just nonchalantly throws him over and walks away,” UVC Medical Director Dr. Ash Hakhamian said while watching the video…
