A man was shot and killed in a Lancaster parking lot early Sunday morning, and a suspect fled the scene, prompting an investigation by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives.
Deputies were called to the 1700 block of East Avenue J4 around 12:07 a.m. on Sunday regarding a report of a gunshot victim, officials said. When they arrived, they found a male adult in a parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds.
