LA braces for Santa Ana winds as gusts trigger weather advisory for West Coast

The residents of Southern California are in for a windy time this upcoming week as Santa Ana winds are set to inundate the region.

The National Weather Service warning much of the region will see below average temperatures this week, with high ranging from the low 60s to the high 70s, with the lows dipping into the low 40s and even 30s for some areas.

The mountains and deserts will see temperatures dip into the low 20s overnight for much of the week, with the Inland Empire expected to see a high of 70 degrees and a low of 42.
