Man accused of grisly killing of dog in Anaheim

A 58-year-old Buena Park man who pleaded guilty in October to attacking a co-worker was charged Wednesday with killing a pregnant dog by using a rope tied to an SUV to snap the animal’s neck in an Anaheim alley.
