On Sunday afternoon, a police officer was patrolling Portola Parkway near the 261 Toll Road after several community complaints about racing vehicles, according to the Irvine Police Department.
A Porsche then came flying through the area at more than 85 miles per hour in a 50 mph zone, weaving through traffic, and cutting off another driver like it was auditioning for the movie “Talladega Nights.”
